This group specialises in the promotion and development of business incubators (with a Science and Technology focus) within Central and Eastern Europe.

Its membership is widely drawn from many different countries, whose combined experiences and expertise in growing and developing businesses within their own communities, provides an invaluable source of knowledge and support at a critical stage in the development not only of individual businesses but of the societies within which they operate.
