Hotline Form

Use this form to pre-book a period of time when we will provide you with our advice over the telephone.

We need to make a prior "on account" charge for our time. We divide each hour (or period) into 4 quarters of 15 minutes each and apply a rate of £38 per quarter.

You indicate for how long and when you would prefer to discuss a particular topic and pre-pay for the period that you have selected. We will then contact you by email to confirm whether your preferred time is available, failing which we will provide you with our next best alternative. Please note that quoted times are with reference to Greenwich Mean Time (i.e. London UK time).

At the allocated time, you call us knowing that we will be available to speak to you with our advice on your chosen subject.

If through no fault of our own you miss your allocated time slot in part or in whole, we will do our best to find you an alternative time slot. However, we cannot guarantee that one will be available and we reserve the right to require you to complete another Hotline Form.
